Hey lovely lady, I’m Claire. I help women running service-based businesses stop trading time for money, start showing up as the experts they are and strategically package and sell their services so they can build happy, profitable and sustainable businesses.
When I started my VA business in 2017, I charged £12 an hour, and my ideal client was anyone with a pulse. Over the next few years, I collected as many 5-hour retainer clients as possible, always hoping they’d turn into something more (spoiler...they never do). But all I ended up doing was toggling minutes of my time, being pulled in too many different directions by clients who were never really willing to pay me the true value of my skills, and at the end of the month, I was STILL struggling to put more than a tenner in the car and only just earning enough to cover the bills.
But I didn't want to keep just earning enough.
I knew that I was underplaying my skills, I was holding myself back, and I was capable of so
much more - just like you are.
Fed up with being undervalued and underpaid, I decided to stop feeling sorry for myself and
realised that for things to change, things HAD to change. No one was coming to do it for me,
and as much as it scared me - staying where I was scared me more.
So, I stopped hiding and started getting visible. I became clear in my actions, more confident
in my messaging and learned how to leverage my time, monetize my skills and package my services. The result? I tripped my income and halved my working hours in 18 months as a done-for-you
provider. It changed my life.
And that was just the start of my journey.
Now, I’m a Coach and Mentor with two businesses and use my skills and experience to help hundreds of other women just like you become experts at what you do and increase your profits by:
